- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When I registered over the phone with the surgery I was asked to bring I.D. to prove my address I asked if my driving licence would be ok I was assured that would be. On arrival at the surgery I was confronted by a very confrontational receptionist who rejected the driving licence and said we only accept utility bills but after getting advice she accepted it. I then attempted to make an appointment and infront of the waiting room grilled me about my symptoms and If it was urgent. I said it was private and neither of us are doctors and so are not qualified to make that call she was clearly not happy and told I would have to call the surgery at 12 to make an appointment..Theres no need to treat patients like this.by Mark Roberts1976September 08, 2017
